With a master’s degree in social work from Columbia University, Savannah is passionate about advocating for client’s rights in systems and institutions of oppression. Her approach focuses on helping clients identify their core needs and fears, addressing them from a place of compassion and curiosity. Her clinical style is best described as patient and gentle, while also to the point and "no BS." She uses a variety of therapeutic modalities including Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Internal Family Systems Therapy (IFS).Savannah specializes in providing clinical services to young adults navigating substance use, recovery, decarceration, and relationship dynamics. She also has extensive training in Exposure and Response Prevention Therapy for obsessive-compulsive disorders.Savannah has devoted her life to listening to the stories, hearts, and minds of others and considers it an honor. In her sessions, clients are safe, respected, and prioritized.
