Meghan Laskowski (MSW)

Every so often we need support navigating life’s transitions and everyday challenges. Meghan works with clients to identify goals while looking at past experiences, behaviors, patterns, and beliefs that may be hindering their growth. She prioritizes working collaboratively with clients in creating a space that is built on trust and safety with an emphasis on humor, candid transparency, and openness. She utilizes a variety of therapeutic modalities including Internal Family Systems (IFS), Narrative Therapy, and Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT). Prior to her work as a therapist, Meghan provided early childhood behavior intervention to children and families for over four years. With a master’s degree in social work, she then began providing clinical treatment to youth, adults and families to address trauma, substance use, attachment, depression, and anxiety. She has also received specialized training in complex trauma and family systems. Regardless of the obstacles at hand, Meghan places significant value on building deep connections while listening to client’s experiences without judgment. In sessions with Meghan, clients are met with patience, respect, and understanding. ‍

Pushed me to understand my own roots and values and to always return to those.

Working with Savannah was exactly the next step I needed in my therapeutic journey. Her approach was beyond the traditional talk therapy, it pushed me to understand my own roots and values and to always return to those. Our sessions together were personal, engaging and inspiring. She balanced professionalism and making the sessions feel personal at the same time. Each session felt guided to what I needed in that day. Today, I continue to take the skills and self-development I gained with Savannah into my personal and professional life.
